제목 Effect of ethanol additions to the methylene chloride solution for the electrospinning of polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)
초록 Electrospinning is a process by which polymer nanofibers can be formed when a droplet of viscoelastic polymer solution is subjected to high voltage electrostatic field. Addition of ethanol may improve the electrospinning characteristic of viscoelatic polymer solutions. All electrospinning condition was performed with MC/EtOH solvent system at flow rate 100 ㎕/min, applied voltage 15 kV and tip-to-distance(TCD) 10 cm. The properties of PMMA spinning solution were confirmed from viscosity, conductivity and surface tension of spinning solution. The morphology of electrospun PMMA fiber was observed to field emissions scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM).
