제목 Formation of Highly Aligned Graphene Nanoribbon Transistors from DNA-directed Lithography
초록 Graphene has received great attention due to its exceptional mechanical, thermal, optical and electronic properties. Among its various excellent properties, particular interest is focused on the fabrication method for size confinement and edge effect of graphene nanoribbons for graphene field effect transistors with high on/off ratio. Highly aligned DNA arrays can serve as etch-masks that provide a simple route to fabricate graphene nanoribbons with highly aligned configuration. We demonstrates that aligned DNA arrays by dynamic self-assembly process and transfer printing techniques to fabricate graphene nanoribbon arrays with highly aligned configuration. This results suggest that cleanly etched graphene nanoribbon can be fabricated effectively over a large area and high performance graphene field effect transistors.
