제목 Improvement of mechanical properties of SLA 3D printing objects according to carbon nanofiber contents
초록 To improve the mechanical properties of SLA 3D printing objects, various carbon nanofiber (CNF) amounts of 0.5 wt%, 1.0 wt%, 1.5 wt% and 2.0 wt% were firstly composited with ZrO2 ceramic particles. In order to improve the dispersion stability, the ZrO2-CNF particles was coated with silane coupling agent (vinyltriethoxysilane, VTES) through a hydrolysis and condensation reaction, and then the VTES-coated ZrO2-CNF particles were dispersed in commercial photopolymer (high-temp) based on interpenetrating networks (IPNs) phenomena. The FE-SEM images of VTES-coated ZrO2-CNF particles with different CNF contents showed that ZrO2 particles were densely attached to the surface of the CNF. The dispersion stability of VTES-coated ZrO2-CNF/High-temp composite resins investigated by a Turbiscan has become worse with increasing CNF contents, and the mechanical properties of 3D-printed objects (ASTM-D638 Type V) investigated through a tensile test and nanoindenter was also optimized with CNF contents of 0.5 wt%.
