제목 Dispersion stability of alkylated graphene oxide in organic solvents
초록 Polymeric nanocomposites with graphenes have been studied extensively due to their excellent reinforcing effects. However, the agglomeration of graphenes in composites may cause an adverse effect on their properties. To avoid this problem, the dispersion behavior of graphenes should be investigated in various organic solvents. In this study, the alkylated graphene oxides were synthesized by SN2 reaction between graphene oxide and octylamine to disperse graphene oxide well in toluene and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK).Furthermore,the their dispersion stability in toluene and MEK was also observed by light scattering method during one month.
