제목 High efficiency in blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diode and organic solar cells using phosphine oxide derivatives
초록 High efficiency deep blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes and organic solar cells were developed using phosphine oxide derivatives. Various high triplet energy host materials based on diphenylphosphine oxide were synthesized and evaluated as the host materials for deep blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes. The phosphine oxide type host material improved the quantum efficiency of deep blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes up to 25% at a low doping concentration of 3%. Phosphine oxide derivatives were also effective in organic solar cells and enhanced the power conversion efficiency and lifetime of organic solar cells.
