Ti3C2Tx (T: -O, -OH, -F) MXene is one of well-known 2D transition metal carbides possessing high surface area high electrical conductivity and Ti3C2Tx MXene is exploited in applications including electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, sensor, catalysts. However, most MXene shows accelerated oxidation to TiO2-related structures along with the continuous exposure to water and oxygen. In this study, surface functional groups of Ti3C2Tx MXene is modulated by simple surface treatment with organic ligand treated shows enhanced electrical conductivity and dispersion in organic media. Additionally, the concept of molecular linker simultaneously and interaction with both Ti3C2Tx MXene and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was developed to provide Ti3C2Tx -rGO hybrid with morphology and property.
