Small molecular solar cells with new non-fullerene acceptor |
초록 |
Organic solar cells OSCs with the most promising bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) architecture have achieved power conversion efficiency (PCE) close to 15%. Meanwhile, non-fullerene OSCs have also been advancing by the need to detect alternative acceptors that overcome poor bandgap tenability, limited optical absorption, the high synthetic costs and morphological uncertainty of fullerene derivatives including such as phenyl-C60-butyric acid methyl ester (PC60BM) . Among the various classes of non-fullerene acceptors, earliest common non-fullerene acceptors studied in BHJ OSCs because of their strong absorption ability, high electron mobility, and high environmental, thermal stability. |
