제목 Preparation of nanoparticle/SiO2 composite nanofibersand their properties
초록 SiO2 nanostructures, such as nanowires and nanofibers, have attracted considerable attentions because of their unique properties for future applications in nanodevices, photoelectronic devices, etc. In this study, poly(styrene) nanoparticle/SiO2 composite nanofibers were synthesized by electrospinning a TEOS/PVA solution including poly(styrene) nanoparticles. Poly(styrene) nanoparticles in prepared composite nanofibers were removed by heat treatment. Then porous SiO2 nanofibers were synthesized. The morphology of composite and porous nanofibers was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
