Polyurethane was widely used in various industrial fields due to their mechanical properties such as dimensional stability, thermal barrier property and elastic property. Recently we have been interested in castor oil based polyurethane owing to environmental advantages such low carbon emission and inedible resource. In our study we synthesized caster oil based polyurethane using two kinds of isocyanate with dicyclohexyl diisocyanate and 1,4-dicyanatocyclohexane. We investigated the main parameter of polymerization (temperature, catalyst type and its amount etc.) influence upon the molecular weight and their distribution. |
