제목 Au/Ag Bimetallic Nanopattern Fabrication via Block Copolymer Lithography
초록 Block copolymer lithography is a very effective technique to make well-aligned nanostructures which have uniform size and shape on a arbitrary large area. Monodisperse Au nanoseeds formed by BCP self-assembly generated uniform and aligned Au@Ag nanoparticles whose shell thickness could be controlled by the reaction condition. These Au@Ag core-shell nanoparticles can be converted to AuAg alloy nanoparticles by simple thermal annealing. The resultant Au@Ag core-shell and AuAg alloy nanopattern with tunable size and composition control their LSPR properties precisely. The uniform and large area Au-Ag bimetallic nanoparticle array with tunable LSPR property can be applied to optical applications including SERS.
