By a cost-effective facile approach, an ordered polyaniline (Pani) nanowire/3D interconnect porous carbon nanosheet (PC) composite was prepared and used to high-performance supercapacitor electrodes. The morphologies of PANI nanowires can be controlled by adjusting the ratios of aniline to PC, which are attributed to different nucleation processes. The hierarchical nanocomposite structures of PANI-PC were further proved by FT-IR, XPS, and XRD measurements. Benefiting from the synergistic effects between PC and Pani, resulting in the Pani/PC composite showed the excellent specific capacitance of 512 F·g-1 at a discharge current density of 1 A·g-1 in three-electrode configuration. In addition, the as-assembled asymmetric supercapacitor based on PC/Pani composites and PC also exhibiting good capacitive properties with high energy density of 22.3 Wh·kg-1 at 0.7 kW·kg-1 and long-term cycling stability of 91% after 3000 cycles at 5 A·g-1. |
