Electrolyzed Acidic Water(EAW) is produced by electrolysis of water dissolving a small amount of salt. EAW is produced by electrolyzing a diluted salt solution in the anode of an electrolytic cell, within which the anode and cathode are separated by membrane. EAW has physical features such as low pH, high ORP, high total available chlorines. It has a strong sterilizing power. Therefore, one part has been studied sufficiently. But, there is few study about other part. This study is found optimal conditions of preparation of EAW according to changing the each value; current, voltage, time, electrolyte, concentration. At this point, we have observed the behavior of oxygen in the water. |
