Layer-by-layer deposition of gold nanoparticles on a flexible polymer substrate through a patterned surface grafting technique |
초록 |
In this study, the patterning of gold nanoparticles (GNPs) on the surface of a flexible polymer substrate was performed via selective radiation grafting and layer-by-layer deposition techniques. The poly(acrylic acid)-patterned surface was prepared through selective ion beam-induced surface grafting of acrylic acid, and the multi-layers of GNPs were then formed on the resulting patterned surface through layer-by-layer deposition process. The results of the I-V measurement revealed that the resulting GNPs patterns on the flexible substrate exhibited a good electrical conductivity. |
