제목 Anticancer Drug Delivery of Functionalized Carbon Dots based Pluronic Guided Target Imaging
초록 The carbonized polymer dots from Pluronic F-127 (P-PDs) show very unique morphological transformation in different concentrations as proved by monitoring TEM images at different concentrations and accomplish concentration-modulated multi-color fluorescence emission from blue to red even with constant excitation wavelength, which might originate from the aggregation-mediated reconstruction of surface energy traps of the P-PDs in different concentrations. With respect to imaging guided active target delivery, here we conjugated DOX drug via pH-sensitive linkage bond and targeting ligand FA on surface of P-PDs. The formulated DOX-NH2-PDs-FA showed increased cellular uptake of malignant KB cells compare to that of non-malignant MDCK cells suggesting a potential for targeting. Thus, we therefore achieved the concentration-dependent P-PDs for bio-imaging and target drug delivery of doxorubicin on cancer cell.
