제목 | Blood-based breast cancer detection of miRNA in metastasis state using surface enhanced Raman scattering |
초록 | Blood-based detection of cancer has recently attracted a lot of interest. Of them, micro-ribonucleic acids (miRNAs) are the most promising biomarker for cancer diagnosis. We select target miRNAs for breast cancer in metastasis state (miR-10b, miR-21, miR-373). We developed a SERS-based method for direct detection of miRNA in breast cancer using blood samples. For highly-sensitive detection system, between two metal substrates, Plasmon coupling was generated and signal enhancement was conducted. As a result, using gold nanosphere and gold film-array, we fabricated nano-array with DNA probe chip. Based on these strategies, non-label miRNA detection system was developed as an advanced less tumor-invasive biopsy for diagnosis of breast cancer. This system supports that cell-free miRNAs in blood can be utilized as biomarkers to conduct tumor-oriented, rapid and high sensitive blood-based detection of breast cancer. |
