Water-proof PEDOT:PSS HTL by cross-linking agent for improving stability of both perovskite and polymer solar cells |
| 초록 |
we introduce photo-crosslinking agent into PEDOT:PSS film for simultaneously improving the stability and efficiency of both pero-SCs and PSCs. Water-soluble nature is one of major advantages of PEDOT:PSS. Incorporation of photo-crosslinking agent can transmute this intrinsic property into water-resistant PEODT:PSS film. Furthermore, crosslinking system prevents the penetration of water into HTL and has no negative effect on hole extraction from the active layer and hole transport between PEDOT chains. |
