제목 Aptamer-functionalized Multidimensional Conducting Polymer Nanoparticles for Sensitive FET-type Bisphenol-A Sensor
초록 We fabricated aptamer-functionalized multidimensional 3-carboxylated polypyrrole nanoparticles for use as an FET sensor to detect bisphenol A (BPA). Multidimensional CPPy nanoparticles (M_CPPyNPs) were fabricated by means of dual-nozzle electrospray and vapor deposition polymerization of pristine CPPyNPs. By forming a covalent bond with amide, M_CPPyNPs were immobilized on an amine functionalized electrode substrate. And then, amine-functionalized BPA-binding aptamer was introduced to the M_CPPyNPs. The A_M_CPPyNP-based FET sensors exhibited ultrahigh sensitivity and selectivity to BPA at an unprecedentedly low concentration (1 fM) and indicated a longer lifetime for the FET sensor proposed.
