| 제목 | Microencapsulation of Oil-soluble Ingredients Using Hydrophilic Polymer |
| 초록 | The aim of this study is to encapsulate the unstable three oil-soluble ingredients using the hydrophilic polymer and improve the stability of unstable three oil-soluble ingredients. In order to perform this study, we prepared microcapsules that is contained to three oil-soluble ingredients such as oil-soluble licorice extract, retinol and ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate. By the results, we suggest that unstable oil-soluble ingredients easily could be stabled by microencapsulation method using hydrophilic polymer such as acacia gum and propylene glycol alginate and this technology could be used widely as stability method for various oil-soluble ingredients. |
