제목   Enhanced water-resistance of encapsulated CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystal for next-generation displays
초록 Since fully inorganic lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(PNCs) have attracted great attentions due to their unique physical characteristics such as narrow emission bands and ion size-dependent optical properties, multifarious PNCs applications in optoelectronic devices such as light emitting diodes have been vigorously studied. Even so, they are still limited because initial optical properties of PNCs were quickly degraded from the stressor such as oxidative species, moisture and heat. In this respect, polyethylene(PE) can be a good candidate for protecting PNCs because PE has outstanding barrier properties such as low moisture vapor transport rate and moderate oxygen transport rate. In this work, we report development of highly efficient, stable and green-emitting CsPbBr3 PNCs with a PE microcapsule. By Beer-Lambert’s law related to absorbance and concentration, we calculate encapsulation efficiency. it showed high efficiency more than 90%.
