Ordered inorganic nanoparticles on nanopatterned polymeric surface |

The use of block copolymer thin films as self nanopatterned polymeric substrates has become popular as an economical nanofabrication technique, with new applications and techniques constantly being developed. This study investigated the interactions between particles of small dispersed nanoparticles and the nanopatterened surfaces of poly (styrene-b-ethylene oxide) (PS-b-PEO) nanopatterned arrays. Our present studies demonstrate both the regularly ordered surface that can be achieved in single-layer films with a solvent annealing method and uses of the diverse nanomaterials on the surface. |
