제목 | Surface Modification of High Heat Resistant UV-PUDs |
초록 | Fluorinated polymers have been widely used in hydrophobic coatings and medical devices because of their excellent environmental stability, water and oil repellent and low coefficient of friction. So, we introduced surface-modified agents (SMAs) containing fluorine groups in high heat resistant UV-PUDs to enhance various surface properties such as abrasion resistance, surface hardness and solvent resistance. In this study, we synthesized SMAs based on urethane chemistry and tailored with fluorinated end groups. And UV-PUDs were synthesized from PTMG 650, H12MDI, DMBA and HDI as soft segments and H12MDI and PMDA as hard segments which formed high heat resistant imide group. Several formulations of SMAs have been emulsion blended with base polyurethane. To clarify the migration of SMAs toward the surface, we measured XPS, AFM and contact angle. And we measured thermal stability of UV-PUDs with TGA and DMTA. According to the result of test, we confirmed that surface properties and heat resistance are significantly enhanced by adding the SMAs. |
