Poly (butylene succinate) (PBS) ionomers with various sulfonated dimethyl fumarate (1, 2, 3 mole %) were prepared using conventional 2 step polymerizaiton. And then PLLA-b-PBSi-b-PLLA triblock copolymers were synthesized using ring opening polymerization of L-lactide with SnOct2 as a catalyst. The chemical structure of the synthesized block copolymers was checked using FTIR, NMR, and GPC. Thermal properties of PLLA-b-PBSi-b-PLLA triblock copolymers were measured using DSC. WAXD measurement was carried out to confirm the crystal structure. |
