제목 Principles of Surface Characterization by a Stylus-type Contact Profilometry
초록 Surface characterization is important in every science. Profilometry is one of the key technologies for surface characterization. In particular, a stylus-type contact profilometry has wide applications in the paper industry because it resembles papermaking processes such as printing, coating, embossing and creping. Although this profilometry has such wide potential applications in the paper industry, it has not been applied to its full potential. In this presentation, the guiding principles of the stylus-type contact profilometry will be presented.
