제목 | PFN with Acid Derivatives as an Interlayer on Organic Solar Cell |
초록 | Inverted type of organic solar cell was fabricatedwith device architecture (ITO/ZnO/PFN with acid derivatives/PTB7-Th: PC71BM/MoO3/Ag).The interlayer consists of PFN with different amounts and types of acidderivatives such as acetic acid, 4-trifluoromethyl benzoic acid,trifluoroacetic acid, and 4-toluene sulfonic acid. The optimum amount of acidderivatives was found to be 1.0 eq and give a significant improvement. The maincontributing factor for the enhancement of PCE was the improvement of Jsc andFF, simultaneously. The trend of Jsc data and the work function were not significantlydependent on the type of acid derivative. The FF and PCEs of thedevicesfollowed the trend of the acid dissociation constant of acid derivatives. The PCEs of the devices with 1.0 eq. of AA, CF3BA,CF3AA, and TsOH were 9.9, 10.3, 10.3, and 10.6%, respectively, whereas the PCEof the device with pristine ZnO was 8.7%. |
