Large-Area Arrays of Non-volatile Polymer Memories with Micro-printed Semiconducting Small Molecule/Polymer Blends |
초록 |
Organic semiconductor of the electric device such as organic transistor and memory has drawn a great attraction due to its mobility determining the device performance. The work presents a growth of controllably patterned crystalline triisopropylsilylethynyl pentacene (TIPS-PEN), diF-TES-ADT and PaMS, PTAA blend via Selective Contact Evaporation Printing (SCEP). Further crystallinity controls such as thermal and solvent vapor annealing are investigated for crystallinity control. Memory applications with ferroelectric P(VDF-TrFE) show the characteristic volatile property with On/Off ratio and data retention of 104 and 200min, respectively. The FeFET arrays are realized on 4-inch scale wafer for large-area applications. |
