초록 | The reactions at liquid - gas, liquid - liquid, and solid – liquid interfaces have been confined to the volume of interface only. The interface thickness is of the order of 10 – 50 Å and therefore the growth of the particles in the reaction product is restricted to nano range This concept is exploited to grow thin films of various materials and their properties studied. Liquid – Liquid interface reaction technique (LLIRT) was employed to study the thin films of Pd and Au. Porous Si/CdS, Si/ZnS junctions were formed using LLIRT. Conventional spin coating technique has been modified to facilitate the deposition of Pd thin films using water-soluble precursors. Modified spin coating technique lead to the development of solid-liquid interface reaction technique (SLIRT). Silver and Palladium films were deposited using solid-liquid interface reaction technique. SLIRT in conjunction with block polymer supramolecular assembly technique is developed to achieve. |
