제목 | Supramolecular Assembly toward Bioinspired Nanostructures |
초록 | Controlled supramolecular organization of specific self-assembling molecules is a challenging topic of research in the fields of bioinspired chemistry because it provides the spontaneous generation of well-defined nano-scale structures with biological functions from molecular components under thermodynamic equilibrium. We have explored a strategy to render the supramolecular nanostructures self-assembled from rigid segments with biological functions. Depending on the supramolecular architectures, they have a number of application potentials such as nanocarrier, labeling specific proteins, target selective drug delivery and transmembrane ion channels.
