제목 Synthesis of New Carbazole Substituted Phenylquinoline Based Fullerene Derivatives as an Electron Acceptor for Bulk Heterojunction Photovoltaic Cell Applications.
초록 We design and synthesized two types of carbazole substituted phenylquinoline (PhQ) based fullerene acceptor derivatives for photovoltaic cell applications. The synthesized 9-hexyl-3-(4-phenylquinoline-2-yl)-9H-carbazole-6-C61-butric acid methyl ester (PhQHCVz-C61BM) and 9-(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethyl)-3-(4-phenylquinoline-2-yl)-9H-carbazole-6-C61-butric acid methylester (PhQEOCVz-C61BM) were showed higher LUMO energy level of -3.57 and -3.61 eV and higher thermal stability 483 and 425 °C, respectively. The Organic photovoltaic device was fabricated with the configuration of ITO/MoO3/P3HT:acceptor/LiF/Al using PhQHCVz-C61BM and PhQEOCVz-C61BM as an acceptor. The P3HT: PhQHCVz-C61BM (1:1, 1.5 wt%) blend based device shows the best performance with PCE of 2.27%, Jsc of 6.40 mA/cm2, Voc of 0.62 V, and FF of 58%.
