Silver nanowire (Ag NWs) is one of the most promising materials for the transparent electrodes. The higher the concentration of the silver nanowires, the higher the electrical conductivity. However, this leads the open area between the silver nanowires to become smaller, leading to lowering the optical properties. Thus, achieving a well tradeoff between optical and electrical properties remains challenging. Herein, we suggest the wavy pattern of the silver nanowires which is made up by a single facile bar coating method. The wavy patterned silver nanowires obtained by controlling the surface interaction between the solvent and the substrate exhibited the excellent electrical and optical properties. Compared to the random network with the same amount of the silver nanowires, we obtained 11.8% higher optical transmittance, 46.4% lower haze, and 45.7% lower resistance. Our approach showed a highly efficient transparent heater for the wide range applications. |
