제목 Few-seconds optical crosslinking of polymer gate dielectric using Intensely Pulsed White Light for efficient production of flexible organic thin film transistor
초록 We demonstrated instantaneous optical crosslinking of polymer gate dielectrics on the flexible substrate using an intensely pulsed white light (IPWL). IPWL has many advantageous such as room-temperature processibility, short process times, large treatment area, R2R process compatibility. A few seconds irradiation of IPWL on representative polymer dielectric which consisted of poly(4-vinyl phenol) (PVP) with common crosslinking agent poly(melamine-co-formaldehyde) resulted in fully crosslinked PVP films which has smooth surfaces and low leakage current densities comparable to thermally crosslinked PVP at 180 ℃. Flexible OTFTs based on IPWL-crosslinked PVP showed good electrical performance with bending durability and uniformity over the large-area.
