제목 Facile Fabrication of Nanoporous Gold Structures with High-Density Sub-5 nm Gaps for Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy via Electrochemical Treatment on Au Thin Film
초록 To develop the rapid and accurate detection tool for trace molecules, Surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) analysis has been extensively studied. For achieving the Raman signal amplification enabling SERS as practical detection tools, however, the realization of fabrication method that generates high density of SERS-active site called “hot-spot” as well as better matching of excitation laser with the plasmonic resonance peak is still challenging issue. Here, we present a novel and facile fabrication method, which provides not only ultra-high density of “hot-spot” for uniform SERS enhancement but also tunable plasmonic properties for matching the plasmonic resonance and excitation laser wavelength. The resultant SERS substrate shows remarkable enhancement factor over a 105 which enables trace molecule detection on entire measured area. Also, by functionalization on this substrate, extremely sensitive and highly selective SERS based Hg2+ ions detection sensor was demonstrated.
