Microstructural properties of impregnated (La, Sr)(Ti, Mn)O3±δ with Focused Ion Beam (FIB) techniques as a potential anode material for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell application |
초록 |
The microstructural properties of La0.4Sr0.6Ti0.8Mn0.2O3±δ (LSTM) fabricated by liquid phase impregnation have been investigated for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) application. The impregnated LSTM was synthesized at temperatures over 700 oC and did not react with 8 mol % Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia (8YSZ) at 1200 oC. The impregnated LSTM was coated on the porous 8YSZ surface under oxidizing conditions, however, LSTM formed particle layers on the scaffold under reducing conditions and these fine particles were connected with each other. The Focused Ion Beam (FIB) analysis could confirm the particle size of LSTM formed by impregnation method assumed and it was shown to be around 0.2 μm having the shape of ovals connecting each other. |
