The effects of electron transfer layer on efficiency of polymer photovoltaic cells |
초록 |
Although polymer photovoltaic cells are new renewable resources for generation of electrical energy, their low power conversion efficiency (PCE) is considered as a major obstacle to its commercial utilization. Therefore, many researchers have studied methods for improvement of PCE, such as the control of the morphology between the electron donor and the electron acceptor or the insertion of a certain layer between the active layer and the electrode. With the same concepts, by very simply incorporating a small portion of additives such as cyano biphenyl derivates or inserting electron transfer layer (ETL) with n-type hosts and p-type dopants PEC of polymer photovoltaic cells with the configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/P3HT:PCBM/n-type host:dopant/LiF/Al was increased. |
