제목 Characterization and synthesis of polymers using Furan monomer from derived Biomass
초록  Recently, Thermal or photo curing system using furan monomers from biomass have been studied by several workers. UV curing technologies, especially, have been developed very fast due to reduced energy consumption, high curing speed, and reduction of waste. In this study, We synthesized several monomers with double bond made from 2,5-furan dimethanol derived from biomass, which would replace petrochemicals to renewable and eco-friendly resources someday. The polyer cured by UV light have been compared with thermally cured polymer. The structures of monomer were confirmed by FT-IR and ¹H NMR , thermal and mechanical properties of polymers were characterized by using DSC, TGA, and UTM. Film Hardness that characterized tester by Means of Pencils.
