| 초록 | As the succinimide ring in poly(succinimide)(PSI) readily reacts with primary amines, It is easy to introduce a variety of pendant group. In this study functional groups are grafted the PSI chain. They are Fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC), Poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG), magnetite(Fe3O4), and folic acid. The result product has a potential possibility as MR & optical imaging agent. |
