제목 Structural Analysis of Fddd Phase in Diblock Copolymer Thin Film
초록 Block copolymer adopts various nanoscale morphologies via microphase separation. In diblock copolymer which is the simplest one composed two chemically different polymers, several structures such as lamellar (LAM), hexagonally packed cylinder (HEX), spheres arranged in body centered cubic lattice (BCC), double gyroid (DG) and hexagonally perforated lamellar (HPL) are well established and recently Fddd structure is experimentally found in bulk state. Herein we focused on structural analysis of Fddd phase in diblock copolymer thin film using transmission electron mictrotomography and grazing incidence small angle X-ray scattering. TEMT allows multilateral investigation of complex phase visualizing a three dimensional real image constructed from series of 2D micrographs. Fddd phase in thin film was well-aligned at the out-of-plane direction by the interaction between polymer and the interfaces without mechanical shear force.
