Radiation resistance of commercially-available cable materials |
| 초록 |
In this study, the radiation resistance of commercially-available cable materials was investigated. Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) and chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) sheets were exposed to gamma rays under various conditions and the irradiated sheets were then investigated by using universal testing machine, differential scanning calorimeter, thermogravimetric analyzer, and chemiluminescence analyzer. The results revealed that EPR exhibited a higher radiation resistance than CSPE. |
