As a heat resistance condition of the lithium ion battery separation membrane, the strain rate must be 5% or less when the lithium ion battery separation membrane is dried at 90 degrees for 1 hour. It should also get wet quickly with the electrolyte and be sufficiently wet. However, the conventional PE separation membrane does not have satisfactory conditions in terms of heat resistance and electrolyte wettability.Nanofiber membranes obtained by electrospinning have high electrolyte wettability due to their high surface area, small pore size and high porosity. Further, by using a heat-resistant polymer, shrinkage at high temperature can be lowered. PVDF-HFP has high wettability to electrolytes, and PAN has high heat resistance. The nanofiber membrane produced by the polymer blending method has high heat resistance and wettability.
