Supramolecular has great advantages not only for building nano-structures by easy method but also tuning the film surface properties by end-functionalized polymer. Herein, the morphologies and structures for the thin film of supramolecular blend systems by two end-functionalized polymers used which are mono-end-sulfonic acid terminated polystyrene(SPS) and mono-end-amine terminated polybutadiene(APBD). Its behaviour looks like block copolymer self-assembly because two polymers make ionic bonding via end-functionalized groups. We studied the influence of kinetic factors, such as the solvent fraction when annealing process, the film thickness, and the annealing time on the morphology forming in the blend thin film systems was also investigated. Additionally, we can see how morphology changes in thin film when the temperature increases. In this article, we report the vertical and horizontal cylinder nano structure via end-functionalized polymer using supramolecular self-assembly method. |
