제목 | Correlation of hole transport materials with device performances of green thermally activated delayed fluorescent organic light emitting diodes |
초록 | We developed green Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence(TADF) organic light emitting diodes with a mixed host emitting layer doped with 2,4,5,6-tetrakis(carbazol-9-yl)-1,3-dicyanobenzene(4CzIPN). Hole transport materials were changed to correlate the hole transport materials with device performances of green TADF device. An optimized quantum efficiency of 23.8% was achieved in the green TADF device by using CBP as the hole transport material for the TADF device. |
