제목 Mukaiyama Aldol Reactions of Aldehydes and Ketones with TMS Ethers Catalyzed by New Phan Complexes
초록 The Mukaiyama reaction is one of the most important organic synthesis leading to β-hydroxy carbonyl compounds for a carbon-carbon bond formation such as chiral building block construction and fragment coupling of various synthetic products between an enoxysilane and an aldehyde or ketone. Despite the numerous excellent catalysts for the Mukaiyama aldol addition that have been reported, the search for new catalysts remains of current interest. Herein we will demonstrate that Mukaiyama aldol additions of aldehydes and ketones are efficiently catalyzed at room temperature or 0-5 oC by new phan complexes.
