Effect of particle size and component ratio on various processing condition in particulate-polymer system |
초록 |
We are studying about polymer based explosive (PBX). The ultimate purpose of the study is to contain 90wt% of multimodal particles to polymer binder, EVA. There are some processing conditions such as temperature, screw speed, and screw configurations to decide the final products. In order to achieve the better processing condition, these variables are well controlled and combined each other. We took experiments in two processes, batch type mixer and co-rotating twin screw extruder, to investigate behaviors of composites processing along the size of aluminum particles, content of fine particles, and so on. According to the research, we can find out the processing conditions that enable to achieve the ultimate purpose |
