제목 Direct optical patterning of photocurable inorganics
초록 Optical 3D printing techniques attract tremendous attention due to the capability of maskless additive manufacturing, enabling cost-effective and straightforward creation of patterned architectures. However, these printing processes still suffer from a critical issue of limited printable materials, in which only photocurable resins are utilized, restricting the expansion of these technologies to fabricate functional electronic and energy devices. Herein, we report the direct optical patterning technique of photocurable inorganics via the digital light processing. We developed the universally applicable photocurable inorganic inks, directly creating 2D patterns or 3D architectures with various sizes and shapes.Finally, we demonstrate the feasibility of our process that the micro-scale thermoelectric generator with tens of patterned semiconductors was fabricated and evaluated. Our approach shows potential for simple and cost-effective architecturing of functional inorganic materials.​
