제목 Tortuosity calculation in virtual structures
초록 Multi-path complexity and percolation in porous media are important to understand transport properties. Tortuosity has been used as a representative structural factor in various fields such as soil science, battery simulation, and concrete evaluation. Tortuosity is calculated by direct method using microtome and experimental method using mercury porosimeter or PALS.

From this study, we create a virtual structure and directly calculate the tortuosity using fikian diffusion. Furthermore, we check the trend of tortuosity according to the change of the properties of the virtual structure. By calculating the tortuosity of a structure using particles of various shapes in the same volume, it is possible to obtain particles advantageous for packing structure.
