제목 유해화합물에 미치는 유사/이질성 CA/IA 통합기반 다성분 혼합물 독성예측 연구
초록 In a real environment is difficult to predict mixture toxicity. The concepts of concentration addition (CA) and independent action (IA) has been used based on its assumptions of similar and dissimilar modes of actions (MOA) respectively. This study integrated both concepts based on multiple linear regression (MLR) called ICIA model in order to predict mixture toxicity. For validate the prediction nine uniform design with fixed concentration ration ray (UDCR) mixtures was used as a training set and three equivalent effect concentration ratio (EECR) mixtures as a test set. The expected results shows that CA model can better predict the toxicity of multi-component mixtures than IA model. However ICIA model shows a strong predictive model for mixture toxicities compared with CA and IA models. ICIA model can be used as a powerful tool for predict the toxicity of multi-component mixtures and can considered as a brilliant resource in ecological risk assessment.
