제목 | Synthesis of acrylic resins containing acetal and polyether group and acid degradable properties |
초록 | Generally, it is difficult to completely remove the UV-cured resin from the surface of the substrate by solvent because it is not dissolved after curing. In this study, acylates containing acetal groups that can be decomposed by acid treatment and urethane acrylates with less inhibition of curing by oxygen were synthesized to overcome the disadvantages of conventional photocurable resins. As a result, acrylate monomer was obtained with a maximum of 98% yield. The curing efficiency was more than 90% when monomer containing acetal group and polyurethane acrylate were mixed under irradiated ultraviolet in air for 1 min. In addition, the maximum decomposition efficiency was 80%, when the solution was impregnated with 50 wt% of citric acid solution at 35℃ for 20 minutes. |
