제목 Hypoxia-Sensitive Near Infrared Fluorescence Imaging Probe Using Cascade-Release Dendrimers Modified Gold Nanoparticles
초록 Dendrimers, well-defined and branched tree-like molecules with multiple end groups, have been developed for catalysis, liquid crystal, sensors and biomedical application due to their unique structure. The application of dendrimers in biomedical field is currently drawing a lot of scientific attention. Cascade-release dendrimers, which were equipped with a focal trigger as sensitive moiety and several end groups, were developed recently and applied for drug delivery system. These cascade-release dendrimers show domino-like end group release by activation of the focal trigger. In this study, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) based hypoxia-sensitive near infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging probe were developed. Cascade-release dendrimers, equipped with nitro group as hypoxia-sensitive trigger and chromophores as end groups, were introduced on the surface of AuNPs and the potential as a imaging agent was demonstrated.
