Fabrication of 3D network via sintering silver nanowire on the surface of AlN for high thermal conductive epoxy composite |
초록 |
A new manufacturing method of a 3D filler network using the polyol method and hot pressing has been adopted for the first time to prepare thermally conductive composites. AgNW-AlN fillers (AA) containing silver nanowires (AgNW) deposited aluminum nitride (AlN) were prepared by the polyol method. After the manufacture of AA, the filler was hot pressed in a mold to connect between adjacent fillers through sintering of AgNW on the AlN surface. The sintered AA filler forms a 3D filler network and the epoxy resin penetrates the 3D network. The fabricated EP/AA 3D network composite achieves a planar thermal conductivity of 4.49W m-1 K-1 at a filler loading of 400mg (65wt%), at which time the filler ratio constituting the network is 1:1 (AlN:AgNW ). This value is a 1973% improvement over the neat epoxy composite (0.22 W m-1 K-1). |
