제목 Fabrication of highly efficient polymer solar cell modules with a new simplified series connection by printing method
초록 Although the recent power conversion efficiencies of polymer solar exceeds 12%, the fabrication of polymer solar cell modules (PSMs) via printing process is the major priority for commercial breakthrough. In this work, we demonstrate promising photovoltaic properties of loss-free, widely expendable solar cells (LESCs) with excellent geometric fill factors using a new combination of a nonconjugated polyelectrolyte (NPE), silver-nanoparticles (SNPs) and organic electron donor-acceptor bulk heterojunction composite. With the loss-free geometrical and electrical connection of subcells, we achieve a high module efficiency over 6.8% with a geometric fill factor of 90%.
