Efficient solution-processed red iridium complexesusing pyrazine-based ancillaryligands |
| 초록 |
Anovel carbazole moietiesbased oniridium complexes have been designed and synthesized for application in red phosphorescence organic light emitting diodes (PhOLEDs), and investigated of photophysical, electrochemical and electroluminescence (EL) properties. The PhOLEDs fabricated usingiridium complexesas the emitter and polymer host PVK, co-doped with electron transport material OXD-7 and designed carrier-transport material TPD. The PhOLEDs exhibited efficient red emission with maximum external quantum efficiency of 3.68 % and a maximum current efficiency 6.69 cd/A with CIE coordinates of (0.60, 0.39). |
